The foundation of the Unity movement is prayer.

In 1886 a simple affirmation changed the lives of myrtle and Charles Fillmore.

"I am a child of god and therefore i do not inherit sickness”

This affirmative prayer opened the mind and the heart of Myrtle Fillmore to her oneness with source / god and she experienced a physical healing. The unity movement emerges as others approached myrtle for prayer. Since 1890 our unity family has been praying for millions of people diverse religions and philosophical traditions all over the world.

Prayer transforms lives because it renews the mind. we begin living a prayer centered life and it pours out into our experience. it has no choice because god and good is all there is and prayer is the awareness of this truth.

Thank you for stepping forth and offering god your life as a prayer so that spirit can pour itself into the world trough you. Our world is waiting for transformation and it begins now, with each and every one of us.

I behold the Christ in you, namaste!
